About Us

We rescue for the kiss of a dog

New Hope Dog Rescue, the name says it all. We are an all-volunteer nonprofit group dedicated to saving homeless and abandoned dogs from euthanasia in our community pound. We literally give them a second chance at life. And everybody deserves a second chance.

New Hope Dog Rescue places non-aggressive dogs into temporary foster homes where they are socialized, spay/neutered, vaccinated, and treated for any medical or behavioral conditions which would otherwise limit their adoptability. We do all we can to turn their situation around and start them on the path toward a brighter future. We then actively seek out permanent quality homes for these deserving animals through our online adoption page and opt to adopt campaigns.

Founded in 2006, New Hope Dog Rescue is a nonprofit corporation supported completely by donations. Our all-volunteer, home-based organization guarantees that your donations are completely focused on saving dogs. Not one person in the organization gets any form of salary or compensation. Our "paychecks" are seeing wonderful animals in homes that love them, spoil them and treat them as cherished family members.

New Hope Dog Rescue’s ultimate goal is to help create a world where no good-natured companion animal, no matter what their age, are killed because they are considered unadoptable.

Whether you are visiting our site in hopes of adopting, volunteering or donating—welcome and thank you for your support!
